Unsure of its purity?

All the sterling silver I have bought has 9.25 on it looks almost white gold unless OXDYZED. Enevn than it will have a slight White Gold look. I understand that is the harder metal like copper. the 5%. This cross is beautiful. for $115 coming through Amazon, makes me feel if Amazon Prime is Ripping us off. However this wasn't sold from prime but from store through Amazon. Solvar is After or During WW2? The Cross could've been sold without this chain. Rolo Chain that came with this cross that took at least 2 weeks to get to Miami FL, A The design is beautiful the Celtic Cross that is it looks like Chrome. Aluminum can't be picked Magnet. Why is this Cross the color of Aluminum. The clasp to the chain was picked up by a magnet???/ It turn black but washed clean. it has the taste of a metal as a kid I ate off of real silver that my Gramother brought from Germany. We had Copper spoons as well. I know the taste. The Cross I hop that its that metal Solvar Corp Uses. I am buying the stone and chemicals if I found out I've been Had And Turkey was respectful Honorable I'll Disappointed. The Rolo Chain Sound different and the "Lobberster Claw " Clasp can be picked up by a Magnet??? I sure Hope I don't find out that Beautiful Double sided Celtic Cross is Chrome/ You don't cut the silver with copper it must be a light colored metal? From Biddy Murphy through Amamazon. I would see if it's not your Good name it's them? I amd sending this to Amazon as well.
